Terms & Condition

  • Validity: 10h, 25h, and 50h plans valid for 6 months. 100h plans valid for 12 months.
  • Roll-over: Unused hours may roll over if renewing with the same or higher bundle.
  • Pause: Plans may be paused once, for up to 30 days within the validity period.
  • Overage: Additional time billed at ₦40,000/hr, in 15-minute increments.
  • Scope of Service: Hours cover ALC’s concierge time (sourcing, bookings, coordination). 
  • Third-party costs (e.g., restaurant deposits, flight tickets, driver hire) are billed separately at cost, with receipts provided.
  • Availability: Concierge response 9am–9pm daily. 24/7 support available for Prestige clients.
