Welcome to AME Luxe Concierge (“AME Luxe”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
AME Luxe Concierge provides bespoke lifestyle and concierge services,
including but not limited to:
● Travel and Hospitality
● Lifestyle Management
● Transportation
● Entertainment and Experiences
● Wellness and Health
● Real Estate
● Education and Learning
● Art and Collectibles
Introductions to financial, legal, and professional advisors
Services are provided either on a membership basis or ad-hoc engagement basis, subject to availability and scope.
All memberships (Silver, Gold, Platinum) are offered at the discretion of AME Luxe Concierge and are subject to review and approval.
AME Luxe reserves the right to:
accept or decline membership applications
recommend or adjust membership tiers
suspend or terminate memberships with or without cause, at any time
Membership is a discretionary service and not a contractual entitlement.
Memberships are billed on an annual basis and automatically renew at the end of each membership term unless cancelled by the client in accordance with cancellation terms communicated at activation.
AME Luxe reserves the right to review, amend, or discontinue membership offerings or pricing upon renewal.
Membership provides access to concierge coordination and facilitation services only.
No membership guarantees:
availability of third-party services
specific outcomes or access
response times beyond stated service guidelines
Members must engage respectfully and lawfully.
AME Luxe reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for conduct deemed abusive, unlawful, or inconsistent with brand standards.
Ad-hoc concierge services and time bundles are project-based and transactional and do not constitute membership.
Services are limited to purchased hours or agreed scope
No priority response, continuity, or dedicated concierge is implied
Unused hours may expire subject to package terms
AME Luxe reserves the right to approve or decline ad-hoc engagements.
All service requests are subject to confirmation
Proposals will outline scope, fees, and third-party costs
Payments must be made in accordance with proposal terms
Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
AME Luxe does not control third-party providers and shall not be responsible for their acts, omissions, or performance.
Clients contract with third parties at their own discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
AME Luxe shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant service
AME Luxe shall not be liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or governmental actions.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information during and after service delivery.
AME Luxe reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
